After completing his graduation in commerce from Patna in 2009, Nafees Ahmad took up a job at Kolkata in a broking firm. after some time, he decided to move to his hometown. He worked with many reputed Asset Management companies like ICICI Mutual fund, Nippon mutual fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life mutual fund, and ITI Mutual Fund where he was responsible for building the Independent Financial Advisor network.
After his 12-year stint in sales, Nafees decided to take the entrepreneurial plunge as he had developed a good understanding of products, sales, and investors so he formed Capstone wealth in 2021 and started his journey as an entrepreneur
He started pursuing Certified Financial Planning from Financial Planning Standard Board, USA, and achieved many prestigious certifications like Investment Planning Specialist, Retirement and Tax Planning specialist, Risk and Estate Planning Specialist by FPSB, USA

Graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology. Parimal Sandhwar has a fine arts and animation background. He contributed his creative talent at Filaments India, a division of a US-based company as Creative Overseas operations Head & Director for the last 17 years. Established the branches of Filaments VFX in other countries. He also got credits in some of the Hollywood projects.
Parimal decided to join Capstone Wealth as co-founder & CTO as he has sound knowledge of the technology and building brands.
